China Local Assistance is currently operated individually by 余金勇, based in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. We accept requests nationwide and confirm feasibility, scope and timing for each assignment.
Include the details you have
Please share the city and site address or district, a short description of the task, any deadline, and the name of a relevant contact if one is involved. Tell us what evidence would make the result useful: for example, written observations, specific photos, or answers to a list of questions. Mention any access arrangements already made and any documents needed for the visit.
What happens after you send it
A person reviews the request for practical constraints, including location, timing, access, and third-party cooperation. We may ask for clarification, suggest a smaller first step, or explain that the task is not feasible. If it is suitable, we can provide a proposed scope and custom quote for your review. No local work begins simply because you send an inquiry.
Communicate in English
You can describe your request in English and tell us how you would like the findings organized. Keep sensitive information to what is needed for the feasibility review; further documents or access details can be discussed when the scope is clear. If your task spans several sites or cities, list them separately so each step can be assessed.
