Start with the task
Describe the outcome you need, the location, any deadline, and what you already know. A useful request might include a supplier name, a site address, a product description, or questions you need answered. You can write in English. If details are missing, we can identify what needs clarification before any work begins.
A person checks feasibility
We review the request to see whether local assistance is practical and what access, permissions, documents, or cooperation may be required. We may suggest a narrower first step or explain why a request cannot be taken on. An initial inquiry is a conversation, not a commitment to complete the task.
Agree on scope and price
Before work starts, we set out the proposed steps, deliverables, expected communication, and a custom quote. We also identify any known third-party costs and assumptions that could affect the work. You can review the proposal and decide whether to proceed. If the scope changes, the revised work should be agreed before it is carried out.
Local work and a useful report
Once the scope is agreed, the local task can move forward with updates appropriate to the assignment. The final handover focuses on what was done, what was observed, and the evidence or documents agreed in the scope. It also notes open questions or limitations so you can make your next decision with a clear record.
- Locations, timing, site access, and third-party responses depend on the specific request.
- We can report observations and actions; we cannot promise a particular future result from a supplier, carrier, authority, or other third party.
