FAQ

What kinds of tasks can I ask about?

Tell us what needs to happen locally and what decision the result will support. Requests may involve a visit, a check of observable details, information collection, or another defined task. We review each request for feasibility before offering a scope.

Do I need to be in China?

The service is intended for individuals and businesses who need local execution while communicating remotely. You can explain the task in English. We may need introductions, documents, consent, or access arrangements from you or the site before anything can proceed.

How do I get a quote?

Send the location, desired result, deadline, relevant contacts, and the evidence you want back. A person reviews feasibility and then proposes a scope and custom quote. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to the work.

Is there a standard price?

No single price covers every city and task. Time, travel, access, complexity, and reporting needs all matter. Goods, freight, taxes, and third-party fees should be identified separately from the assistance fee in the proposal.

Which locations are covered?

You can ask about cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Hangzhou, Shanghai, and other locations. Availability is checked for each assignment. A city mentioned on the site does not mean there is an office there or guarantee a visit on a given date.

What will I receive afterward?

The handover is agreed in the scope. It may include a written report, photos, collected documents, or responses to defined questions. We aim to distinguish what was directly observed from what a third party said and to note any important limits.

Can you guarantee a deadline or result?

Timing and outcomes can depend on travel, site access, weather, suppliers, carriers, authorities, and other third parties. We can agree on a plan and report what happens, but we cannot promise every requested location, deadline, or future third-party performance.

What if the task changes after work starts?

Tell us as soon as the requirements change. New stops, extra questions, or different evidence may affect time and cost. The revised scope should be discussed and agreed before additional work is carried out.
