Information you provide
The quote form requests a service category, city, task description, name, email address, country or region, and privacy consent. You may also provide a province, task address, preferred date, evidence preferences, company name, WhatsApp number and up to two attachments. Provide only information needed to understand the request. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to assess whether a task is feasible, clarify the request, communicate with you, propose a scope and manage an agreed assignment. Sending an inquiry does not place an order. Website administrators review inquiries manually; there is no automatic booking or automated decision about accepting your task.
Access and service providers
Inquiry records and attachments are restricted to authorized website administrators. Notifications contain a record number and an administrator link, rather than the task description or attachments. SiteGround hosts the website and its database; the current hosting location is Singapore. Cloudflare handles proxied web traffic, security and technical analytics. Email correspondence is handled through the mailbox provider, whose published mail servers use yunyou.top. Data may therefore be processed outside your country.
Cookies and technical information
A functional session cookie helps secure the quote form and prevent duplicate submissions. It contains a random identifier, rather than the content of your inquiry. The form uses short-lived salted hashes derived from IP addresses to limit abuse and does not store raw IP addresses in inquiry records. Hosting and security providers may separately process IP addresses, request logs, browser or device information, and other technical data. WordPress login cookies support authenticated administrators. Google Analytics 4 is also used to understand how the website is used. It is provided by Google and sets its own cookies; Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy describes that processing and the controls Google offers. A separate functional cookie records only whether a browser has asked to be treated as an internal visitor for measurement purposes; it holds no identifier and no personal data.
Retention
The inquiry plugin is configured to schedule deletion of inquiry records and attachments after 30 days. Cleanup depends on the website scheduler and may not happen at the exact expiry time. Hosting backups, security logs, email conversations and agreed assignment records have separate retention. Deleting a form record does not immediately remove copies held in backups or correspondence. Contact us to ask how a particular request is retained or to request deletion.
Your requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about information you submitted, request access or correction, request deletion, or withdraw consent for future use of an inquiry. Include enough information to locate your request. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and may need to retain certain records where required to manage an agreed assignment or meet applicable obligations. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.
External contact channels
The WhatsApp link opens an external service. WhatsApp and your email provider process communications under their own policies. Share confidential documents only when necessary and through a suitable channel agreed for the task.
