About

A bridge between a remote decision and local action

China Local Assistance is currently an individually operated service managed by 余金勇, based in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. We accept requests for tasks throughout China and review each assignment before confirming feasibility, scope and price. We help overseas clients turn a remote question into a defined local task, with clear English communication and an account of what was observed or done. Our location in Fuzhou does not imply an office in every service location.

Clear scope before action

Every request starts with a review of what you want to achieve and what can realistically be checked or done. A useful scope identifies the place, the steps, the limits of access, and the form of the handover. It also separates direct observations from information supplied by someone else. That distinction helps you judge what the result actually proves.

Work you can use

The aim is to give you a practical next step and a clear account of the work completed. Depending on the assignment, the agreed handover may include written notes, photos, documents, or answers to specific questions. The exact evidence is set in the scope before work begins. If an answer cannot be verified or a site cannot be accessed, the report should say so plainly.

Built around your task

There is no universal checklist that fits every supplier, shipment, property, or administrative errand. We start with the actual outcome you need and review the local conditions that could affect it. We can explain findings and limitations in English, while keeping the final decision with you. Tell us the place, the task, the deadline if there is one, and what evidence would make the result useful.
